As a leading company in this space, we're seeking an experienced Systems Engineering Lead to drive our systems engineering, integration, and testing activities across the lifecycle of cutting-edge aerospace vehicles and their supporting elements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and support a multidisciplinary team of systems and test engineers.
  • Manage systems engineering activities from concept to deployment.
  • Collaborate with other Engineering Leaders for successful project outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain systems engineering tools and processes for consistent application across projects.
  • Coordinate training initiatives for engineering team members.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in an Engineering or STEM discipline.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a team lead, engineering management, or coordination role in a fast-paced setting.
  • Hands-on experience in systems engineering with a strong understanding of the full lifecycle.
  • Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
