About Our Role:

We are seeking a skilled Asset Management Specialist to contribute to the success of our organisation by efficiently managing our asset management system on behalf of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Asset Maintenance Programs: Provide strategic leadership in the development and implementation of Planned Preventative Maintenance programs and assets.
  • Maintain Financial Controls: Ensure accurate financial reporting and management for PPM programs.
  • Develop Asset Standards: Create and document industry-leading asset standards and processes.
  • Drive Operational Performance: Analyse data and implement improvements to operational performance with stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with the Asset Manager, Operations team, and stakeholders to onboard new partners and align asset management strategies with organisational goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business/Finance (essential).
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in demanding environments.
  • Advanced Excel skills and Power BI / Power Pivot / Power Query reporting experience.
  • Excellent customer relation skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision and demonstrate exceptional attention to detail.
  • Must have full work rights within Australia.
