The role of Asset Management Specialist plays a pivotal part in ensuring the effective operation and maintenance of assets within our portfolios.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership in the management of Planned Preventative Maintenance programs and assets.
  • Maintain financial controls and reporting for PPM programs.
  • Develop and document asset standards and processes.
  • Recommend improvements to operational performance and project manage their implementation with stakeholders.

You will work closely with the Operations team and other stakeholders in onboarding new partners and aligning asset management strategies with organisational goals.

Required Skills:
  • Degree in Engineering or similar (essential) or Degree in Business/Finance or similar.
  • A track record in a similar role, ideally in demanding and complex environments.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Power BI / Power Pivot / Power Query reporting experience – highly regarded.
  • Strong customer relation skills with total commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Self-starting, able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Full Australian work rights.
