As a global leader in technical excellence and innovation, we're making a tangible impact on clients and society.

We're seeking an experienced professional to join our consulting team as a ServiceNow Architect. This individual will collaborate with clients and internal teams to design and implement advanced solutions for complex requirements. Expertise in multi-technology consulting services across application software, infrastructure, and related technology components is required.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the architecture of ServiceNow solutions to drive business value and improve operational efficiency.
  • Advise clients on optimal ServiceNow platform usage to maximize ROI.
  • Develop solution blueprints to streamline IT processes and enhance service delivery.
  • Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using REST, SOAP, and relevant technologies.
  • Leverage ServiceNow's automation capabilities to optimize business processes and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Establish and enforce governance standards, policies, and procedures for ServiceNow platform usage.
  • Monitor platform performance, conduct audits, and implement improvements to optimize ServiceNow operations.
  • Develop various personas and create a strategy for user experience to enhance adoption and utilization.
  • Integrate AI into ServiceNow solutions to drive business innovation and growth.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience as a ServiceNow Architect with a proven track record of designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions in large-scale enterprises.
  • Experience in conducting presales activities within a systems integration or consulting environment.
  • ServiceNow certifications.
  • At least 3 successful implementations of ServiceNow.
