  • Minimum 6+ years demonstrated experience as a Senior Scrum Master or equivalent agile role, ideally with scaled agile environment management.
  • ICAgile Certified Professional (ICP), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), SAFe, or similar certifications.
  • Strong understanding of Product Management, including strategy and human-centered design.
  • Experience with performance development, team coaching, or leading high-performance teams.
  • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM).
