Job Description:The Digital Transformation Specialist will lead and support enterprise transformation efforts across operations, driving process improvement, implementing digital solutions, and co-developing a strategic roadmap that aligns with business growth.This role is responsible for centralising and optimising core business functions to enable an agile and scalable operating model. Key responsibilities include leading the development of an enterprise digital transformation strategy aligned with business objectives, conducting assessments of current-state business processes, designing optimised future-state processes, engaging with SMEs and business unit leads to co-design fit-for-purpose digital solutions and change strategies.The successful candidate will also support the centralisation and standardisation of key functions across the enterprise, evaluate and recommend digital platforms, tools, and systems, and ensure strong stakeholder engagement and change management to drive adoption and sustained use of new processes and technologies.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline
  • 5–8 years' experience in digital transformation, enterprise strategy, or business process improvement
  • Proven experience leading or supporting complex transformation initiatives in large-scale environments
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills, particularly working with SME's and senior leaders
  • Demonstrated experience with enterprise digital tools (e.g., Power Platform, SharePoint, ERP/CRM systems)
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a delivery mindset
