Retail Portfolio Manager Lead

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in retail lease administration, with a proven track record of successfully managing high-volume leasing matters while ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.

Main Responsibilities:
- Manage the administration of lease agreements, guaranteeing accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Oversee leasing matters, including negotiations, amendments, variations, and documentation management.
- Collaborate with legal experts to ensure alignment with relevant retail leasing laws and regulations.
- Act as the central point of contact for internal stakeholders, tenants, and legal service providers.
- Maintain accurate records of lease activity, providing timely updates to senior leadership.
Key Requirements:
- Significant experience in retail lease administration.
- In-depth knowledge of relevant retail leasing laws and regulations.
- Proven ability to interpret, negotiate, and manage complex lease documentation.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- A proactive approach, strong business acumen, and the confidence to influence at senior levels.
