Our team is responsible for providing exceptional management services to a leading national retail landlord with centres across Australia.
This role oversees a portfolio of centres based in Launceston, ensuring strong, positive relationships with tenant retailers and maintaining a well-presented trading environment that invites customers.
Key Responsibilities- Support clients in administering lease terms.
- Assist in maintaining an up-to-date tenancy schedule and calendar of significant events.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure high levels of housekeeping and coordinate necessary works.
- Establish and maintain liaison with tenants and occupiers to ensure satisfaction.
- Provide recommendations for maintenance works and capital expenditures.
- Attend client management meetings and conference calls.
- Submit weekly reports on tenant performance, feedback, and property presentation.
