We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to play a key role in shaping the future of energy storage and optimization software for renewables and storage.
This is a dynamic opportunity to join a team focused on delivering complex EPC contracts, service agreements, and supply contracts that enable the deployment of Fluence's BESS solutions. As a member of our legal team, you will lead negotiations on high-value construction, services, equipment sales, subcontracts, and procurement agreements across Australia and Asia.
You will serve as a liaison between technical, commercial, and legal teams—translating business priorities into robust contracts. Your responsibilities will include preparing commercial offers and RFP responses, contract close-out, and project delivery.
Contribute to our global legal strategy through the development and refinement of contract templates and risk standards.
Key Responsibilities- Lead complex contract negotiations, including EPC agreements and project claims.
- Negotiate directly with customers and suppliers, leveraging strong commercial judgment and relationship-building skills.
- Proactively manage competing priorities while maintaining sight of the overall goal.
This is a full-time position based in Sydney or Melbourne, with regular business travel expected.
