Operations Coordinator
Mortuary and Operations RoleThe role of Mortuary and Operations Coordinator is to oversee daily mortuary activities and ensure the smooth coordination of funeral services. This includes supervising transfer services, funeral teams, and mortuary staff to deliver high-quality service to clients.
- Coordinate daily operational activities and ensure adequate staffing in the mortuary
- Support funeral teams and respond to client needs and service requests
- Oversee documentation, scheduling, and administrative processes related to mortuary operations
- Supervise cremation facilities and manage related financial transactions
- Maintain equipment, vehicles, and supplies to ensure efficient operation
- Liaise with mortuary staff to ensure timely and respectful handling of deceased individuals
- Recruit, train, and develop staff to deliver exceptional customer service
