Process Intelligence Specialist

The role involves translating process intelligence strategy into practical, operational tools that drive measurable improvements in efficiency, quality, and responsiveness.

You will work directly with operations, engineering, and maintenance teams to embed data-driven decision-making into daily routines.

  • Develop and deploy site-level solutions that bring process intelligence strategy to life.
  • Support predictive analytics, monitoring, and dashboards tailored for operators and supervisors.
  • Maintain, refine, and troubleshoot tools to ensure they remain effective and trusted.
  • Train and mentor users in how to interpret and act on insights, building local capability.
  • Capture and share success stories that enable replication across other sites.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualifications in engineering, science, information technology or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, ideally in manufacturing, engineering, or data analysis.
  • The ability to work closely with frontline teams to deliver practical, fit-for-purpose solutions.
  • A balance of attention to detail with an understanding of operational priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills to explain insights in a way that builds trust and confidence.
