We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Care Professional. This rewarding role will see you working closely with residents, providing high-quality care and support that enables them to live their lives to the fullest.

As a Care Professional, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being of our residents, providing person-centred care that meets their unique needs and preferences. You will work collaboratively with a tight-knit team to deliver exceptional outcomes and promote a culture of respect and dignity within our care home.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing direct care and support to residents
  • Assisting with daily living tasks and promoting independence
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with residents and their families
  • Participating in quality improvement initiatives and contributing to a culture of continuous learning and growth

Requirements for this role include:

  • Min Certificate 3 qualification in Ageing, Individual Support, Care or Disability
  • A passion for delivering high-quality care and making a positive impact on the lives of others
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, colleagues and other stakeholders
  • A strong understanding of Resident Rights and Aged Care Accreditation Standards and their Outcomes
