The Heart of the Role:
As a Carer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the physical, emotional, and social needs of our residents are met with dignity and respect. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans that cater to the unique needs of each resident.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Min Certificate 3 qualification in Ageing, Individual Support, Care or Disability
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and delegate tasks appropriately
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A strong understanding of Resident Rights and Aged Care Accreditation Standards and their Outcomes
