Dedicated Care Professional Wanted

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Care Service Employee.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing high-quality care to residents in a supportive and friendly environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting residents with their daily care needs, communicating effectively with residents, families, and staff, and maintaining a high standard of care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with showering, toileting, grooming, oral hygiene, feeding, and other daily care needs.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, visitors, and other staff members.
- Attend to buzzers and respond to resident requests.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge on accreditation processes, new practices, and procedures.
- Report any changes in residents' conditions to the registered nurse on duty.
Requirements:
- Certificate III or Certificate IV in Aged Care or Individual Support.
- Proven experience working in Aged Care.
- A caring and empathetic manner.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Computer skills.
- Excellent time management and communication skills.
- Awareness of work health and safety and infection control procedures.
- Knowledge of the Aged Care Accreditation Standards.
Successful Applicants:
Must submit evidence of current National Criminal History Record and Covid Vaccination.
