Job Title: Disability Support Worker

Elevated Living is currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a disability support worker. We provide assistance to individuals with disabilities, helping them to improve their quality of life and achieve their personal goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct care and support to individuals with disabilities, promoting independence and self-reliance.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications in disability support or a related field.
  • Current First Aid accreditations.
  • Working With Children (WWC) Check.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check.
  • Australian driver's licence.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
