Dedicated Home Care Professionals Wanted

We are seeking experienced individuals to join our team of dedicated Home Care Workers. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to our clients, enabling them to live independently at home.
- You will be responsible for delivering personalized care services, including:
- General housekeeping and making beds
- Cleaning, mopping and vacuuming floors
- Washing, folding and ironing laundry
- Meal preparation and grocery shopping
- Providing social support and transport to lifestyle activities
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A minimum of 3 months' experience in a similar professional role, with a strong background in aged care
- An open class Australian Driver's Licence and a roadworthy vehicle
