EPM Platform Leader

This role involves leading the strategic direction and governance of the Oracle EPM platform across all Finance modules.
Key Responsibilities- Define the EPM product functionality and feature roadmap.
- Implement and adopt EPM solutions successfully.
- Monitor business outcomes and user satisfaction.
- Transformation responsibilities include:
- Liaise with stakeholders to create business cases for transformation funding into Oracle EPM modules.
- Lead finance functional teams on Oracle EPM transformation projects.
- Collaborate with SMEs and system accountants/business analysts to shape functional requirements.
- Groom backlogs and lead governance forums with finance stakeholders.
- Prioritise features and enhancements based on business value.
- Operational responsibilities include:
- Work with finance stakeholders to resolve system issues.
- Design workarounds, manage communications, and coordinate team efforts.
- Chartered accounting qualification preferred, with strong knowledge of FP&A, financial close, and reconciliation processes.
- Previous experience in EPM implementation from the consulting industry is strongly considered, along with relevant certifications in EPM products.
- Experience leading Oracle EPM or finance systems implementations is essential.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills are required.
