About this role

We're seeking a professional to lead the strategic direction and value realisation of our Oracle EPM platform.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Define and own the EPM product functionality and feature roadmap.
  • Ensure successful implementation and adoption of EPM solutions.
  • Monitor business outcomes and user satisfaction.
  • Lead transformation projects for Oracle EPM modules.
  • Prioritise features and enhancements based on business value.
  • Collaborate with finance stakeholders to shape functional requirements and prioritise fixes.

You'll have:

  • A Chartered accounting qualification or equivalent experience in FP&A, Financial close, and reconciliation processes.
  • Previous EPM implementation experience from the consulting industry or relevant professional certification in EPM products.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
