Job Description:

We seek a leader to drive financial data management and reporting.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the management of finance systems and reporting platforms
  • Collaborate closely with Finance, IT, and Data teams to drive system integration and optimisation
  • Deliver scalable, automated, and insightful reporting tools to support decision-making across the group
  • Apply your technical expertise in financial data, SQL, Databricks, and analytics tools to deliver high-impact solutions
  • Guide and influence cross-functional teams to deliver transformation and innovation
  • Support the uplift of data literacy and reporting capability within the Finance function

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems or related field; CPA/CA preferred
  • Proven capability in finance systems, data analytics, or financial reporting
  • Skilled in designing automated reporting processes and leading systems projects
  • Proficient in SQL with hands-on experience in Databricks or similar platforms
  • Strong working knowledge of SAP ERP and enterprise performance management (EPM) tools
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and business partnering skills
  • Proven ability to manage projects, lead cross-functional teams, and drive change independently
