About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Financial Systems Lead to oversee the strategic direction, governance and value realization of Oracle EPM across all finance modules.

This role ensures investments in EPM capabilities continuously evolve to meet evolving business needs and finance outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and own the EPM product functionality and feature roadmap.
  • Ensure successful implementation and adoption of EPM solutions.
  • Monitor business outcomes and user satisfaction.
  • Transformation responsibilities:
    • Lead the overall finance strategy for business case creation for transformation funding into Oracle EPM modules.
    • Lead the overall finance functional strategy for Oracle EPM transformation projects.
  • Continuous Improvement responsibilities:
    • Collaborate with Finance SMEs and Finance System Accountants/Business Analysts to shape functional requirements.
    • Lead backlog grooming and governance forums with finance stakeholders.
    • Prioritize features and enhancements based on business value.
  • Operational responsibilities:
    • Work with finance stakeholders to prioritize fixes and coordinate cross-team resolution efforts where required on system issues.
    • Collaborate with Digital to design interim workarounds, manage communications and issuance to teams.

Requirements:

  • Preferably with a Chartered accounting qualification, with a strong understanding of FP&A, financial close and reconciliation processes.
  • Previous EPM implementation experience from the consulting industry will be strongly considered, along with relevant professional certification in EPM products.
  • Experience leading Oracle EPM or finance systems implementations.
  • Product ownership or agile delivery experience.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
