Job Title:

Oracle EPM Finance Functional Owner

Job Description:

This role is pivotal for the successful implementation and adoption of Oracle EPM solutions across all finance modules. As an Oracle EPM Finance Functional Owner, you will lead the strategic direction, governance, and value realization of the Oracle EPM platform.

Responsibilities:
  • Define and own the EPM product functionality and feature roadmap.
  • Ensure successful implementation and adoption of EPM solutions.
  • Monitor business outcomes and user satisfaction.
  • Lead transformation projects and work with finance stakeholders to prioritize fixes and coordinate cross-team resolution efforts.
Requirements:
  • Preferably with a Chartered accounting qualification, with strong understanding of financial planning & analysis, financial close, and reconciliation processes.
  • Previous EPM implementation experience from the consulting industry will be strongly considered, along with relevant professional certification in EPM products.
  • Experience leading Oracle EPM or finance systems implementations.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
