Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the strategic direction, governance, and value realization of Oracle EPM platform across all Finance modules.

This role will be responsible for defining and owning the EPM product functionality and feature roadmap, ensuring successful implementation and adoption of EPM solutions, and monitoring business outcomes and user satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial planning and analysis, financial close, and reconciliation processes, as well as previous experience implementing EPM solutions from the consulting industry.

Key responsibilities include:

  • EPM Product Owner Responsibilities
    • Define and own the EPM product functionality and feature roadmap.
    • Ensure successful implementation and adoption of EPM solutions.
    • Monitor business outcomes and user satisfaction.
  • Transformation Responsibilities
    • Overall finance lead for business case creation for transformation funding into Oracle EPM modules.
    • Overall finance functional lead for Oracle EPM transformation projects.
  • Continuous Improvement Responsibilities
    • Collaborate with finance SMEs and finance system accountants/business analysts to shape functional requirements.
    • Lead backlog grooming and governance forums with finance stakeholders.
    • Prioritise features and enhancements based on business value.
  • Operational Responsibilities
    • Work with finance stakeholders to prioritise fixes and coordinate cross team resolution efforts where required on system issues.
    • Collaborate with digital to design interim workarounds, manage communications and issuance to teams.
