People & Culture Business Partner (12 month fixed term contract)

We are seeking a highly skilled People & Culture Business Partner to join our Perth office on a 12 month fixed term contract basis. As a key member of our P&C function, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the employee experience for our Perth teams and driving P&C initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with the Office Managing Partner, local partners, and business services leaders to provide advice, coaching, and support across a broad range of P&C matters.
- Provide 'hands-on' support for Early Careers initiatives to ensure successful implementation and alignment with the agenda.
- Build and maintain working relationships across the firm, with confidence in dealing with stakeholders at all levels.
- Develop and implement strategies to advance the firm through purpose-driven transformation, attracting, retaining, and enabling market-leading talent.
- Broad generalist Human Resources exposure, ideally with experience in the legal/professional services industries.
- Experience and skills in an HR business partner capacity, with a strong knowledge of contemporary people practices.
- Strong consultative-based communication skills, with a proven ability to influence and shape positive people and business outcomes.
