About the Role:

Roy Hill is seeking a Technology Business Partner to join their Business Integration team for a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role is open to part-time or full-time hours.

As a Technology Business Partner, you will work closely with business leaders and teams to identify and prioritize technology initiatives that drive business value and support the company's overall objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business leaders to understand strategic goals and technology requirements.
  • Identify opportunities for technology to drive business growth and competitiveness.
  • Support business and technology teams to ensure solutions are aligned with business needs.
  • Simplify complex technology recommendations and tailor solutions to operational requirements.

Requirements:

  • ITSM/ITIL knowledge and experience along with Project Delivery Models.
  • Understanding of business drivers and the value/cost/risk associated with them.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • The ability to communicate technical concepts to various audiences.
