About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to partner with our Office Managing Partner, local partners, and business services leaders to provide advice, coaching and support across a broad range of P&C matters spanning the employee lifecycle.

As a P&C Business Partner, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing strategic advice and guidance on P&C matters to stakeholders at all levels
  • Developing and implementing P&C initiatives to drive business outcomes and improve the employee experience
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Providing coaching and support to employees to help them reach their full potential
About You:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced HR professional with a strong background in P&C and a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Broad generalist Human Resources exposure, ideally with experience in the legal/professional services industries
  • Experience and skills in an HR business partner capacity, with a strong knowledge of contemporary people practices
  • Ability to build and maintain working relationships across the firm, with confidence in dealing with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong consultative based communication skills, with a proven ability to influence and shape positive people and business outcomes
