About the Role">

As a Training and Resource Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the professional development of our staff across the Armidale campus.

Responsibilities include coordinating and delivering high-quality training and resources to enhance staff capabilities, ensuring seamless execution of sales and engagement strategies with prospective students to drive student recruitment targets.

This position is critical to UNE's success, requiring exceptional organizational and project management skills, excellent communication and facilitation abilities, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs that meet the needs of diverse audiences
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design effective learning solutions that promote adult learning principles
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and deadlines to ensure timely delivery
  • Provide coaching and support to team members to enhance their skills and performance
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in training coordination or a related field, preferably within higher education or large organizations
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities, with a keen eye for detail
  • Familiarity with adult learning principles and proven success in designing effective training solutions
