This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Training and Development Specialist, where you will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging learning programs that meet the needs of diverse teams.

As a key member of our HR team, you will work closely with stakeholders to understand their training needs and develop tailored solutions that drive business outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have excellent facilitation skills, with the ability to present training sessions and workshops effectively. You will also have generalist HR experience, including data entry, reporting, and employee support.

A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Hospitality Management is preferred, but not essential. What's more important is your enthusiasm for training and development, and your ability to think creatively and outside the box.
