Training & Development Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Learning & Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a vital role in shaping the learning experience for new starters and existing employees.
About this role:
- Design and implement comprehensive induction programs to ensure seamless onboarding experiences;
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and develop targeted solutions;
- Deliver high-quality training sessions on various systems and tools, including Affinity, NetDocuments, and Microsoft Office products;
- Maintain and update Intranet resources to ensure timely access to relevant information;
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. If you have a passion for learning and development, and a proven track record of delivering successful training programs, we want to hear from you
