Referrer Relationship Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven sales professional to join our Melbourne Referrer Relationship Specialist team at Lake Imaging. As a key member of our dynamic team, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our referral base and enhancing patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive referral growth and assess emerging opportunities in the Melbourne healthcare landscape.
- Establish and maintain business-centric relationships with General Practitioners, Specialists, and other key referrers to ensure high levels of service satisfaction.
- Promote Lake Imaging's comprehensive range of medical imaging services, highlighting the benefits to referrers and their patients.
- Achieve referral targets by effectively communicating the value of Lake Imaging's services and collaborating with internal teams.
- Plan and host events/networking opportunities to support referrer education needs and foster strong relationships within the Melbourne medical community.
- Educational background in Science, Business, or a related field is highly desirable, with radiology or pathology experience being a significant advantage.
- Previous sales experience, particularly within the healthcare industry, is advantageous, with a strong focus on customer service and relationship-building.
- Familiarity with the Melbourne healthcare landscape, especially in GP sales, is a plus.
- A self-assured and persuasive communicator with the ability to engage with healthcare professionals at all levels.
- A quick thinker with the ability to adapt to changing environments and priorities.
