Build Long-Term Financial Stability

This role is focused on helping individuals build their financial capability through education, coaching and team collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one support and coaching to individuals experiencing financial hardship
- Develop and deliver financial literacy education programs
- Work collaboratively with the NEFCP team and Team Leader – Tenancy & Financial Support
Requirements:
- Certificate IV in Community Service Work or equivalent
- Experience in administrative and/or intake roles
- Financial literacy education skillset (desirable)
- Demonstrated ability to set priorities, meet deadlines and work with minimal supervision
