Job Description

In this role, you will provide comprehensive support to consumers by helping them budget effectively, manage their money, and make informed financial decisions. Your primary goal is to empower individuals experiencing financial hardship with the knowledge and skills necessary to achieve stability and prosperity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver financial literacy education to promote informed decision-making and financial independence.
  • Offer one-on-one coaching and support to individuals in need, addressing specific challenges and providing tailored guidance.
  • Collaborate with a dedicated team to develop and implement strategies for building financial capability among vulnerable populations.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of a Certificate IV in Community Service Work or equivalent qualification.
  • Demonstrated experience in administrative and/or intake roles, preferably within the financial counselling sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues and clients.
