Contract Negotiation Specialist Position

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping our contract management processes, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with organizational goals.
- Provide expert advice and support to site managers on contract protocols and procedures.
- Verify that all Contract processes adhere to established company policies and procedures.
- Assist in or lead the development of tender documentation.
- Liaise with key stakeholders and negotiate Contracts, driving mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Ensure contract documentation meets required standards and includes necessary authorizations.
- Maintain an accurate system to record and store all documentation associated with contract processes.
- Monitor the effectiveness of the contract management process to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills and high attention to detail.
- A flexible approach and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong negotiation and mediation skills.
- A high-level understanding of contract law and procurement processes.
