We are seeking a highly skilled Security Relief Officer to provide exceptional customer service and emergency response to our sites across Sydney CBD. As a successful officer, you will be trained at multiple sites, receiving up to full-time hours and flexible part-time or full-time rosters for more work-life balance.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing a high level of security and customer service duties, including guarding, patrolling, monitoring, and controlling assigned premises, responding to emergencies, alarm events, calls for assistance, and assessing and responding to situations of risk.

Key Responsibilities
- Providing a high level of security and customer service duties.
- Guarding, patrolling, monitoring, and controlling assigned premises.
- Responding to emergencies, alarm events, calls for assistance, and providing necessary support.
- Assessing and responding to situations of risk.
- Access control.
- Incident report writing and data logs.
Requirements
To qualify for this position, you must hold a current NSW Security License with a Crowd Controller component and a First Aid & CPR certificate. We value diversity and welcome applications from all backgrounds.
Benefits
Our competitive compensation package includes Security Services Industry Award rates with plenty of hours, a First Aid Allowance at applicable sites, any applicable penalty rates, overtime, and allowances in accordance with the Security Services Industry Award. You'll also receive a weekly Relieving Officer Allowance of $41.98 Minimum 5-6 days per fortnight availability required. In addition, you'll be eligible for our Refer a Friend Program and Free Enrolment in Security Training with a $5,000 bonus as a reward for your time.
