As a Security Sales Business Development Manager at Johnson Controls, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and securing new opportunities within the Australian security market.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in security sales, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the industry. A proven track record of success in a security integration business, with the ability to develop comprehensive business cases and quotations for installation projects up to AUD$1 million, is essential.

You will be responsible for prospecting and winning new business opportunities within your designated sales territory, consistently achieving budgeted security system installation sales targets. This will involve conducting thorough needs assessments, identifying potential solutions, and delivering presentations to clients to showcase our best-in-class security offerings.

A key aspect of this role will be developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring seamless communication throughout the sales process.

To succeed in this position, you must have a solid understanding of security solutions, including access control, CCTV, and alarm systems. You should also possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
