Community Liaison Officer

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Community Liaison Officer to join our team. As a key member of our community hub, you will play a vital role in building strong relationships with families, staff, and community members.

Job Description:

  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with community members, services, and early years networks.
  • Collaborate with internal staff and external agencies to deliver co-located and coordinated services.
  • Lead collaborative planning to respond effectively to family needs.
  • Promote early years hub and community activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Diploma or degree in social work, education, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in community development, family support, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work collaboratively as part of a team.
