">- We are currently seeking a highly skilled and organized Executive Liaison Officer to join our team in Housing and Public Works.
Key Responsibilities Include:
As an Executive Liaison Officer, you will play a vital role as the link between our office and the Department, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing telephone inquiries from the public and providing timely responses;
- Recording, tracking, and monitoring telephone enquiries for action by the department;
- Responding clearly and accurately to enquiries from various stakeholders;
- Providing administrative support to our team, including project coordination and research;
- Maintaining secure information management systems and updating office manuals and contact lists when required;
- Monitoring and operating high volume mailboxes;
- Utilizing the correspondence tracking system (MinCor) effectively.
Requirements:
We are looking for an individual with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, who is able to work in a fast-paced environment and has strong interpersonal skills.
