We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the execution of our Inclusion & Diversity strategy, embedding inclusive practices across recruitment, development, and workforce planning.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering practical I&D programs and early talent initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a comprehensive inclusion strategy, driving business outcomes through diversity and inclusion.
- Design and manage early careers initiatives, including graduates, interns, apprenticeships, and school-based programs, creating strong talent pipelines for the future.
- Partner with senior leaders, universities, schools, industry bodies, and community partners to strengthen our brand and impact.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in Inclusion & Diversity, Organisational Development, or generalist HR.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
