Attract and retain a diverse workforce to foster a culture of belonging.
The role of Diverse Talent Acquisition Lead plays a crucial part in driving strategies, programs, and initiatives that promote the attraction, development, and retention of First Nations and culturally and linguistically diverse peoples at our organisation.
This is an opportunity for a purpose-driven individual with a strong ability to guide stakeholders in delivering on employment initiatives outlined in our strategic plans.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the development and implementation of initiatives to increase diverse representation.
- Supporting hiring leaders through tailored recruitment processes for diverse applicants.
- Building and maintaining a robust talent pipeline and training hiring leaders on inclusive recruitment practices.
- Working with People Business Partners to identify targeted departments and roles for First Nations, culturally diverse, and women candidates.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- A strong track record in human resources or recruitment.
- Experience in implementing diversity strategies prioritising Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
- Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills including influencing and building productive relationships across the business and externally.
- Passionate and self-driven with a high level of initiative and focus on execution.
