Join a forward-thinking government program that's delivering real change through technology. We're seeking a Digital Solution Architect with strong business analysis capabilities to support a range of digital platform projects.

As a Digital Solution Architect, you'll:

  • Lead the development of solution architectures and digital designs.
  • Guide ICT solutioning that aligns with business objectives and government strategy.
  • Work cross-functionally with stakeholders, vendors, and multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Produce high-quality solution options, roadmaps, and technical documentation.
  • Influence the delivery of complex, customer-focused digital solutions from concept to implementation.

Skills required

  • Bachelor's degree in IT or relevant field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years as a Business Analyst, including 2-5 years in digital architecture
  • Proven delivery of end-to-end digital solutions (design, integration, data mapping)
  • Government experience with a CX or product innovation lens
  • Advanced Jira & Confluence skills
  • SAP, Microsoft D365, AI & Process Automation experience
  • Background in medium to large digital transformation programs
  • Understanding of vendor management and large-scale ICT environments
  • Strategic thinking with hands-on technical capability
  • Expertise in solution architecture frameworks and project methodologies
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships in complex environments
