This is an office-based position in a dynamic team environment. You are an experienced community care professional seeking a challenging role.

We are looking for a skilled scheduler/roster coordinator to join our close-knit and supportive team.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Coordinating bookings and shift schedules for Home Care and Complex Care divisions
- Providing exceptional customer service and troubleshooting issues with carers

Our ideal candidate will have:

- Minimum 2 years' experience as a scheduler in community care
- Excellent phone manner and communication skills
- Experience with problem solving complex roster schedules
- Proficiency in MS Office, specifically MS Excel, CRM programs
- Familiarity with rostering software such as Care Line Live and Deputy
