**365 Care is looking for a pro-active, enthusiastic, reliable and organised Scheduler who can start working with us immediately. Ideally you will have experience within the age care or disability sector.**

If you are a 'people person', have experience in scheduling, possess strong communication and administration skills, and can demonstrate a passion and empathy for helping people to retain their independence, then this position will provide you with a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic team who are making a difference to people in our local community.

**Key duties**:

- Coordination and scheduling of service delivery to our Clients;
- Maintain Carer schedules within the database system;
- On occasions, assist with out-of-business hours calls when the On-call Worker is unavailable.
- Be a team player.

**To be successful in this position, applicants must be able to demonstrate the ability to meet the following Key Selection Criteria**:

- Demonstrated experience in scheduling of people and services and having attention to detail;
- Demonstrated experience using scheduling databases, and proficiency in use of Windows and Microsoft Suite;
- Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with all parties associated with service delivery;
- A demonstrated empathy to the needs of older people and those with a disability;
- A knowledge and understanding of the in-home provision of care to the elderly or those with a disability.
- Strong organisational skills including proven ability to meet deadlines, problem solving and reporting requirements.

You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administration support in a respectful and professional manner to 365 Care clients and staff, maintaining their privacy, respect, and dignity at all times.

**_ Scheduling Responsibilities:_**
- Liaise with coordinators/staff/care support manager as required to ensure consistent and requested services are being delivered.
- Respond to service requests, client & employee enquiries in a timely manner.
- Communicate with service providers, staff and clients continually building ongoing relationships.
- Answering phone, directing calls, taking detailed messages, and delivering these to staff in a timely manner.

- Relevant/transferrable industry experience.
- Exceptional verbal, phone, and written communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Time management skills and attention to detail.
- Have strong administrative and computer skills.
- Advanced problem solving and lateral thinking skills.
- Can work in a team and build positive relationships.
- Have an understanding and experience assisting clients within the aged care & disability sector.
- Demonstrate compassion and empathy.
