Job Overview

The primary objective of this role is to deliver an exceptional customer experience to key account restaurant partners in Australia, driving business growth and providing best-in-class services.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Global Account Managers to drive business expansion and provide premium services to external business leaders & franchisees.
  • Prioritize strategic initiatives by overseeing performance enhancement projects, executing store activations and account penetration strategies, and managing growth initiatives.
  • Foster strong relationships with multiple stakeholders across the restaurant partner's corporate and store network.
  • Analyse data to identify opportunities and threats to the restaurant partners' business and provide actionable recommendations for growth.
  • Enhance the restaurant experience and success through cross-functional collaboration.
Your Qualifications:
  • A proven track record of customer or partner-facing experience at a large-scale enterprise level.
  • Customer empathy with a customer-centric mindset and passion for working with key accounts.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage senior-level audiences.
  • Commercial acumen to understand business operations and navigate partner management.
  • Data analysis capability to develop data-driven recommendations/solutions.
