
Senior Guest Services Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Guest Services Manager to join our Front Office team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivering exceptional guest experiences and possess excellent leadership skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Front Office team, managing daily operations, and ensuring that every guest feels valued and cared for. This role involves managing a diverse range of responsibilities, including training, supporting, and communicating with the hotel team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Front Office team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Manage daily operations, including front desk management and customer service
- Train and support hotel staff to ensure high-quality service standards
- Communicate effectively with the hotel team and other departments
- Observe and provide feedback on service behaviors
- Support change management initiatives
- Handle guest complaints in a professional manner
Requirements:
Previous front desk experience in a similar property, supervisory experience, and a proven track record in providing excellent customer service. Strong communication skills, empathy, and a positive attitude are essential for this role.
