We are seeking a highly skilled ESG Analyst to join our Environment and Sustainability team at Australia Pacific Airports Corporation. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in enhancing our sustainability reporting capabilities and delivering high-quality insights to the business.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement digital reporting systems to streamline ESG data collection and analysis.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and communicate trends and innovations in sustainability data.
- Analyze and report on energy and water usage, climate risk, environmental assessment, asset/facilities, and financial data to inform organizational KPIs and Scorecards.
- Support the Head of Finance Control and Reporting on mandatory financial disclosure that requires ESG inputs.
- Work collaboratively with the digital team to enhance and develop data collection and reporting systems.
- Assist in reviewing and analyzing carbon, waste, energy, water, social data to ensure data integrity.
- Provide advice to project teams relating to sustainability performance and initiatives.
- Maintain a customer-centric approach to sustainability through the provision of value-add sustainability advice to the business.
- Experience in implementing digital reporting systems.
- Solid understanding of environmental sustainability issues related to infrastructure or asset management.
- Experience in internal corporate sustainability roles desired.
- Strong quantitative, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
- Effective communication, project management, and presentation abilities.
- Ability to engage stakeholders and convey sustainability concepts.
- Experience with sustainability frameworks, certifications, and standards, such as GHG Protocol, GRI, ISSB, TCFD, and SDGs desired.
