Project Co-ordinator Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Project Co-ordinator.

  • This role involves working closely with the operations team, reporting to the Senior Project Coordinator – Team Leader and is part of the South Coast team.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple clients from deposit through to site start, ensuring plans and contract documents are accurate and available for client presentation meetings.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to build strong relationships with clients, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout their home building journey.
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Manage multiple clients from deposit to site start, ensuring all necessary documentation is accurate and available.
