Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled customer service representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to provide exceptional customer experiences.

  • This role involves engaging with customers through phone, email, and in-person interactions, answering inquiries and providing tailored product information.
  • Scheduling appointments for hearing assessments and consultations with expert audiologists is also a key responsibility.
  • The successful candidate will guide customers through our innovative range of hearing devices and accessories, resolving concerns efficiently to ensure every interaction leaves a positive and lasting impression.

In addition to delivering outstanding customer service, this role requires strong administrative skills, including computer literacy and the ability to navigate various software programs (CRM, appointment management, etc.).

Key Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of experience in delivering customer service in retail or allied health environments.
  • Good understanding of CRM software and appointment management systems.
  • A positive, team-oriented attitude with the ability to work independently when needed.
