
Home Maintenance Administrative Coordinator

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team and support the coordination and delivery of essential services in Home Maintenance.
You will play a key role in assisting the Service Support Officer with referrals, bookings, and client records management.
Strong organisational, written, and verbal communication skills are required for this position.
Proficiency in office systems, including Microsoft Office Suite, iPM, and Finance 1 is necessary for success in this role.
The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to work effectively with staff and clients.
Able to manage competing priorities in a dynamic and changing environment.
Sound judgment, initiative, and discretion are required for this position.
**Key Responsibilities:**
Assist in managing referrals and bookings for basic home maintenance and minor modifications.
Maintain accurate client records and prepare reports, correspondence, and meeting documentation.
Coordinate staff rosters to ensure continuity of service delivery.
Monitor equipment, report defects, and schedule repairs.
Support data entry and administrative processes for the Home Maintenance program.
Contribute to safety and quality initiatives, including child safeguarding practices and WHS compliance.
