You will need to coordinate essential services, manage referrals, maintain accurate records, and ensure continuity of service delivery. This will involve working independently and collaboratively with others to meet the needs of our clients.

A strong organisational system is crucial in this position, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is also required, as well as experience in providing administrative support within a service delivery environment.
