">We are seeking a professional to provide specialist automotive technical support to our authorized retail network. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing goodwill financial support to our customers and supporting the Customer Assistance Centre Manager as required.
">Key Responsibilities
">- Provide specialist automotive technical support to the authorized retail network.
- Review goodwill financial support to our customers.
- Support the Customer Assistance Centre Manager where required, such as working through daily stats reports, executive reports etc.
Requirements
">- A background in case management is highly valued.
- Experience within the automotive industry and of Australian consumer legislations (ACCC) is highly valued.
- The ability to effectively resolve escalated complex customer complaints is essential.
- A strong communicator, both in written and verbal communication, with a passion for providing outstanding customer service.
