Automotive Technical Advisor

We are seeking a dedicated Aftersales Support Specialist to join our team in Australia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for automotive products to customers and dealership networks.
- Manage warranty claims, including validation, processing, and follow-up to ensure compliance with policies.
- Liaise with manufacturers, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve complex technical and service issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, warranty cases, and service resolutions.
- Assist in developing aftersales training materials and conducting workshops for dealership staff.
- Monitor and report on aftersales performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with Australian automotive regulations and company standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in aftersales support, technical service, or warranty management (automotive industry preferred).
- Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology (Highly desirable)
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
- Proven ability to document and follow SOPs and workshop manuals
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting wiring diagrams
- Ability to correlate fault codes with symptoms
- Structured and methodical approach to diagnostics
- Accurate recording and reporting of electrical metrics
- Experience handling warranty claims and working with dealership networks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
